The current challenge over on Tag Tuesday is Time / Clocks. I can never resist a tag challenge so here's my version.
I started with a #8 manilla tag that I had already created a background onto using some of the latest Distress Oxides (Crushed Olive, Mowed Lawn, Mustard Seed: see HERE).
I laid the Tim Holtz Clockwork layering stencil over the top (THS013) and blended Ground Espresso Distress Oxide over the tag. It was then spritzed lightly with water and dried.
The stamping was all done using the Clocks and Cogs stamps from Claritystamp. Each image was stamped in Versamark ink and heat embossed in detail Gold EP. First the Clock Tower stamp (Big Ben).
Then the large clock face stamp.
And finally the largest cog, stamped a couple of times.
Using one of the twinkling H2Os by Luminarte 'Scarab Beetle' and a water brush, I went over the clock tower and most of the clock face.
To finish, three time related Small Talk stickers (Tim Holtz idea-ology) were added to the tag.
