Musical Masculine Gatefold Card

I am always being asked for masculine cards so here's one which I worked on recently.  It was inspired by a card designed by Sara Rayner which can be found HERE.
An A4 piece of turquoise card stock was scored to create a gatefold card.  A piece of very pale blue card was trimmed to 20.5cm x 14.3cm to create the inside panel.  This was stamped with Cobalt archival ink using the guitar stamp from the Music Speaks set by Visible Image, a sentiment and the piano keyboard from the Loud Music stamp set designed by Kay Halliwell-Sutton for IndigoBlu and the edge of the INKognito Woman stamp (Visible Image) for the splatter effect at the top.
Two front panels 20.5cm x 7cm were cut from the very pale blue card.  Each panel was stamped 7 times using the sound wave stamp from the Music Speaks set starting across the centre and then working down/up the page to ensure an even distribution.  From top to bottom the following Archival Minis were used: Vivid Chartreuse, Leaf Green, Garden Patina, Paradise Teal, Forget-Me-Not, Manganese Blue and Cobalt Blue.  For the second panel the stamp was turned 180 degrees each time to create a mirror effect.
To create the three embellishments on the front, I used the two largest Stitched Flags dies by Sue Wilson; the second largest was used three times with the very pale blue card and the largest was used to cut two flags in dark teal and one flag in navy blue.  The top flag was stamped in Garden Patina archival ink using stamps from the Rock Star set by Inkadinkado; the second was stamped in Cobalt archival ink using a stamp from the Funny Bird stamp set (designed by Kay Halliwell-Sutton for IndigoBlu) and the bottom flag once again was stamped in Garden Patina using the music stave from the Loud Music stamp set.  Each one was matted up using foam tape for depth; but before the middle flag was matted up a piece of navy blue and white baker's twine was wrapped around the flat end and a dark blue button added.

These were added to the front of the card using Cosmic Shimmer acrylic glue, taking care only to put glue onto the appropriate half of each embellishment.
