Welcome to the weekly sharing of desks which is WOYWW (What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday?), the brainchild of Julia, who kindly entrusted it to me to continue after the first 15 years of togetherness. Please feel free to link up your desk and visit others' - we are a friendly bunch.
My desk shows some of my more recent projects with some new stamps that arrived last week and a lovely card celebrating my retirement from Jo (Twiglet), Annie (Wipso) and Maxine (Tilly Tea Dance) which arrived in the post yesterday. Thank you very much.A close up of the card. |
My last lesson is this morning as I will be at Alton Towers on Friday with KS3 (will not be going on any rides). Celebration assembly for Y8 is this afternoon. I can't believe that this time next week I will have retired - the last few weeks have simply flown past. I am not needing to take as many painkillers as I was last week for my arm but I am still trying to take things easy as far as possible. Stay safe and Happy WOYWW.

Excited for you! Hope the arm is better and you can fully enjoy retirement. Love the cards. The color splotch one is really cool, love the stamped sentiment on that. And nice to see your sketches again. A week behind isn’t bad. Once upon a time I’d go on ALL the rides, but now? Not so much….
Happy WOYWW

Congratulations and good luck on your retirement! Great sketches as usual!
Glad that the trapped nerve is easing, and that you have just 2 working days left - that did come round fast! How lovely of Jo Annie and Maxine to send a retirement card. Take care and be extra careful on Friday!! Happy WOYWW Helen #3
