The mid month challenge over on Clarity Crafts Mini Makes & ATCs is to make a tag for a friend using items off your desk and some navy blue and mixing Groovi and stamping if possible. This is what I came up with.
My folder from Barbara Gray's workshop using alcohol inks on a gel plate is still on my desk so I chose a background from there.
I used the largest nested luggage tag die to cut into it.
Although my Groovi plates are close to hand, I did have to hunt for some blue parchment. I cut a 1.25" strip from the end of an A5 piece and used the Gratitude and Sending Love border plate and a #1 Pergamano tool to add 'Friends' to the strip.
The stamps that are on my desk (which I can share), are the latest sets from Timestamp Creations, which I bought at the Clarity Open Days. I used two of the stamps from set 10 'Friends are always together' and added two different sizes of the same image in Cobalt (Navy) Blue Archival ink.
To finish, I added the parchment strip at a jaunty angle using brads and trimmed the excess.
