I mislaid the April 2024 Clarity New Design Club stencil for a while earlier this year. It then turned up again among some finished cards. I was determined to complete a project using it before the end of the year and managed it over the Christmas holidays.
Add the stencil (#119) to a piece of Antarctica designer paper with Clarity low tack tape. Add the centre piece into place as well.
Pounce black acrylic paint through the apertures with a foam tool. Remove the centre piece.
Go round the inside with a black Posca pen. Remove and clean the stencil.
Trim to 6"x6" and die cut a mat from Antarctica companion paper using the largest nested square picot die.
Replace the outer stencil and add a moon mask.
Blend Mustard Seed Distress ink around the moon and then Lost Shadow Distress ink into the whole aperture. Remove the masking and stencil.
Go round the topper with a black Sharpie pen and mat it up.
Add Thank You in Jet Black Archival ink, using the Entwined Sentiments stamp.
To finish, add the topper to the front of a 7" x 7" white card blank.
