The Nutcracker stamps from Clarity Crafts are perfect to make Christmas cards or for all year round for lovers of the ballet. Here I showcased the title figure.
Stamp the Nutcracker outline onto a piece of Clarity stencil card in Jet Black Archival ink.Make a mask for the image from a piece of Clarity mask blank and mask it up.Add Tattered Rose and Festive Berries Distress Oxides to the large square backdrop stamp and add it over the image.Add Splats & Splodges stamped images to the background in Tattered Rose Distress ink.Remove the mask and die cut the topper using the 5.5” nested square die.Die cut a mat from black card using the nested square film strip doodle frame-its frames & panels die. Add it to the front of a 7” x 7” white card blank.Add the boots infill to the Nutcracker in Jet Black Archival ink.Add the hat and hair likewise.Add the jacket in Carnation Red archival ink.Add the breeches in Pale Ochre Archival ink.Colour the remaining parts of the nutcracker using Kuretake Clean Colour Brush pens.Add the Nutcracker title in Jet Black Archival ink.To finish, add the topper to the front of the card.
