A Tag On A Tag

The latest prompt over on Tag Tuesday is Anything Goes, so I thought I'd share this tag on a tag using the Block Print designs by Clarity Crafts.

Die cut the largest and smallest nested arch tags from Clarity stencil card.
Add colour to the tag by adding Tea Dye and Old Paper Oxides to a blending mat, spritzing lightly with water, and dabbing the tag into the ink. Dry thoroughly.
Repeat this step, adding a little Ground Espresso Oxide.
Lay the block print circle stencil over the tag and blend Old Paper and Tea Dye Oxides through it. Move and repeat.
Cover the whole tag with the stencil and blend Ground Espresso Oxide through it.
Blend Old Paper Distress ink over the small tag.
Add the small outer block stamp from the Celebrate set in Ground Espresso Oxide.
Add the inner stamp over the top in Tea Dye Oxide.
Mat the small tag onto black card and trim, leaving a narrow border.
Blend Black Soot Distress ink around the edges of the large tag.
Add the celebrate stamp to the large tag in Black soot archival ink.
To finish, add the small tag to the larger one with a small black brad.
