Bright Floral Window Birthday Card

I combined one of the Floral Wall stamp sets from Clarity Crafts with the Decorative Panel Window and Door dies from Clarity Crafts to create this card.

Die cut a topper from Clarity stencil card using the largest nested square film strip doodle frames and panels die.

Die cut a further topper from Shenandoah Companion paper using the third largest die from the same set.

Die cut into this topper using the arch window from the Decorative Panel Window and Doors die set.

Add the patterned panels from the same die set.

Stamp the sunflower floral from the Grass Floral walls stamp set onto the stencil card topper in Jet Black Archival ink.

Add Happy Birthday from the same stamp set to the window topper in a like manner.

Colour the flowers using Kuretake Clean colour brush pens.

Mask off round the topper using Clarity low tack masking tape.

Add a small moon mask and blend Tumbled Glass Distress ink across the top of the background. Remove the moon mask.

Remove the remaining masking and add the window topper.

Add the two stem flowers either side of the window as before.

Colour in the same manner.

To finish, add the topper to the front of a 7” x 7” black card blank.
