Things are back to normal in the Brennan household as #3 son tested negative on Friday evening. It is his birthday today so I glad that he is fit enough to enjoy it. Next week is half term and as we have a face to face parents' evening this evening and had an online one yesterday it can't really come too soon.
I can't show you the samples I am working on so will share the short play session that I had with the Distress pencils in the week. I added some of the crayons over the top as well and blended everything together.

`I definitely won't be buying the new pencils but i do agree they looked so yummy when I saw them at the crop. Hope you have many a happy hour with them. I just can't buy any more pencils or paint and shouldn't be buying anything these days - have too much.

Oh dear! I've put a new MDF order in at Hobbilicious and that's another thing I don't need! However, the pencils are looking great here and although I didn't really need those they do work so well with the inks too so they will probably get used more than the others I have. So glad to read that your boy is better enough for his birthday. Silver lining type timing, about time! Love the effects that you’ve got from the new pencils, lovely saturated colours aren’t they. Liking the background papers on the journal pages this week, they are a Clarity pad aren’t they? a I think if I rummage deeply enough in my own cupboards, I can answer that question!
Hooray your son is better, I tested this morning and the line is fainter, so I hopefully will be negative soon, hooray. The pencil colours ar lovely, glad you’re having fun playing with them. Enjoy half term, that seems to have come around quickly!
