I used the August Clarity New Design Club stencil to make a birthday card for my brother.
Die cut the square framework pattern overlay aperture die from the centre of a piece of Clarity stencil card.
Lay the largest square embedder over the top, turn it over and go around the edges with a Groovi embossing tool to embed the square – leave it in place. Lay the August 2022 Clarity New Design Club stencil (#99) over the edge of the topper and blend Hickory Smoke and Mustard Seed Distress Oxides through it. Move the stencil around matching the patterns and continue until the frame is complete. Remove the stencil and the embedder.Mask off around the aperture leaving a narrow border and blend the same colour inks over the die cut. Remove the masking. Trim a narrow border from the dark grey paper from the Shenandoah companion papers and add it to the front of an 8” x 8” white card blank. Add foam pads to the back of the topper (round the edges and behind the squares in the aperture) and add it to the card. To finish, add a couple of the Clarity Christmas & Celebrations Words stickers.
