New York, New York: A Card

I had such fun playing with these new city skyline dies from Claritystamp.  They go so well with the stamps, stencils and masks of the same cities.  I started with New York.

Cut a piece of black card 2” x 7”. Die cut the New York City Skyline twice along the strip.

Add the New York City stencil to a piece of Clarity stencil card with a piece of masking tape to create a hinge at the top.

Blend Blue Chase artistry ink through the aperture with a Clarity stencil brush.

Add stamping through the stencil using the Mixed Media Journal stamps in Red Geranium Archival ink.

Trim the topper to 6.25” x 6.25” and mat onto black card leaving a narrow border.

Add stamping in the same manner as before to a strip of Clarity stencil card. Add the die cut strip.

Add the large topper to the front of a 7” x 7” white card blank.

To finish, add the die strip and trim at each end.
