It's A Kind of Magic Art Journal Page

I finally finished my page in response to the April challenge over on Mission Inspiration having started it towards the beginning of the month.  The theme given was 'It’s a Kind of Magic – is it hocus pocus or unicorns and fairies?'  The suggested colours were electric blue, fairy rose and mystical green and the techniques to use were scribbles, inks, lettering, flake and foil and foreign languages.
Add transparent gesso to the handmade paper pages of an art journal. Add pieces of book text in French, German and Romanian to cover the foreign languages prompt.
Add a thin layer of white gesso to knock the pages into the background.
Add Peeled Paint Distress Oxide over the pages and seal with Distress Glaze. (inks)
Use the 3.5”, 4” and 4.5” nested circle dies to cut toppers from pink card.
Add lettering to the largest circle by stamping the Magic Moments text from the Clarity stamp set of the same name in Metal leaf glue and adding Copper metal flakes. Burnish the text and colour using a Cyan ProMarker.
Add the circle to the page and trim.
Add the Tickled Pink fairy and the large fairy from the A Touch of Magic set onto the other two circles in the same manner.
Colour the images with ProMarkers.
Add the circles to the pages.
Add scribbles around the circles using a Cyan ProMarker.
To finish, add Washi tape in coordinating colours.
