Flying High: An Art Journal Page

I am behind with my art journaling following the monthly prompts on Mission Inspiration.  I hope to have caught up with the final page for 2020 by the time that the January prompt is published next year.  This follows November's prompts.  The theme was Flying High, the colours Sky Blue, Cloudy Grey and Sunset Salmon and the prompt words Soar, Wings, Fly, Balloon and Feather.
Add transparent gesso to a double page of handmade paper in a journal. Once dry, cover the pages with Salty Ocean Distress paint and allow to dry.
Add clouds using Hickory Smoke Distress paint, fingerpainted. Dry thoroughly.
Add Salmon Adirondack paint to Clarity stencil card and dry thoroughly. Stamp the large Garden Bird stamp onto the card in Hickory Smoke Archival ink. Stamp the bird feeder onto a separate piece in the same ink and add one of the smaller birds.
Colour the images with Faber-Castell Polychromos.
Fussy cut the images.
Add the images to the background using matte medium.
Once dry, add shading around the images and further colour to them using Faber-castell Big Brush markers, blended out with a Pergamano blending pen and nibs.
Add a line from the birdfeeder to the top of the page using a black marker. Add a white highlight down the left-hand side of the line.
Add background stamping using two of the Clarity Mixed Media Journal stamps in Manganese Blue Archival ink.
Add the sentiment in Black Soot Archival ink using the Clarity Word Chain Alphabet.
To finish, add highlights with a white gel pen.
