My Daily Drawing Challenge: Inktober2019 Part 1

My new year's resolution was to commit to a daily drawing in my Daler Rowney cartridge paper sketchbook.  As I didn't take part in #inktober2019 at the time, I started by following those prompts.

I make a pencil sketch first, sometimes copying clip art or following online tutorials online for help.
I was inspired by the scarecrow in the Wizard of Oz.
Inspired by a drawing on timtim.com
A melting ice cube seemed appropriate for this one.
I followed an incredible step by step tutorial for this (see HERE).
I had help from a second great site for online tutorials (see HERE).
Inspired by Beauty and the Beast.
From my own imagination for a change.
My boys read the Oxford Reading Tree books when they were at primary school.  This made me think of the Rope Swing.
I haven't done any dressmaking for a while, but this was my first thought.
A bit wonky for a snow globe lol.
Another great online tutorial provided help (see HERE).
I haven't smoked for nearly fifteen years but this was my first thought for the prompt.
I was stumped for a while but then I thought of Rapunzel.
I have been rewatching Once Upon A Time on Netflix, so there was only one legend and sword that I wanted to draw.
ANother prompt that made me think but once I had an idea I found a quick tutorial (see HERE).
I am now over the half way point of the first month of my challenge.  I think I will be looking at the 2017 #inktober prompts for February.
