MDF Heart Tag

I haven't worked with MDF for a while and as I have a number of these MDF heart tag blanks from Clevercut decided to work on one of the larger pieces.

Give a large MDF Heart Tag a coat of black gesso on both sides and allow to dry.
Cover one side with a piece of Toscana designer paper and trim and sand the edges of the paper to fit the shape of the tag.
Use the second smallest nested oval picot die to cut a topper from Clarity stencil card and black card. Trim the picot edge off the stencil card topper.
Stamp the cameo silhouette onto the topper in Nocturne Versafine Clair ink and mat it up.
Stamp the wired heart stamp three times onto the MDF heart in Versamark ink and heat emboss with copper embossing powder.
Add one of Leonie’s word stickers to the heart.
Add a touch of pink and orange ink to the word sticker using stencil brushes.
Do the same with the cameo.
Add the cameo to the tag.
To finish, add thin black ribbon through the hole at the top of the tag and make a bow for below the cameo.
