Joy to the World: Clean and Simple Christmas Card

I turned an everyday stamp set into a Christmas card with the addition of a word sticker.

Cut a 5” x 5” black card blank in half. Stamping directly onto the front, add the Joy framer stamp in Versamark ink and heat emboss with silver embossing powder. Heat from below for a smooth finish.
Add the bare branch from the same set into the ‘O’ in the same manner.
Add birds to the branch, the top of the ‘O’ and the top of the ‘Y’ in the same way.
Die cut a mat from silver mirri card using the 5.25” nested square picot die and mat them together.
Trim ‘Joy’ off one of the Christmas and Celebrations word stickers and add it to the bottom of the topper, edge with a silver pen.
Add the music in the top corner of the topper in Versamark and heat emboss in silver.
Lay the topper into the centre of a 7” x 7” black card blank for positioning. Stamping directly onto the front of the card, add the fancy scroll into each corner in the same manner as the topper.
To finish, add the topper into the centre of the card.
