Gatefold Mandala Ring Card

I haven't made a gatefold card for a while.  These new stamps from Clarity designed by Barbara Gray work perfectly with this type of card.
Score the front and back of a 5” x 5” white card blank in half to create a gatefold.
With the card closed, stamp Barbara’s Mandala onto the front in Chianti Versafine Clair. Heat emboss with clear embossing powder. Use a pair of small scissors to cut away the inside of the mandala.
Use the 4.5” nested square die to cut a topper from Clarity stencil card. Cut a mat using the 4.75” nested square picot die from Chianti coloured card.
Lay the topper inside the card and mark the edges of the cut out with a pencil. Stamp one of the border stamps from the same set around the outside in Chianti ink and add the small flourish into the centre of the circle. Erase the pencil.
Mat the topper and add it to the inside of the card.
To create a closure, cut a 2cm strip off the length of a large piece of Clarity stencil card and a 3cm strip from a piece of the Chianti coloured card. Mat them together. Add the sentiment from the Mandala set into the centre in the same ink as before and dry thoroughly. Score either end of the sentiment 5.5” apart and glue the ends together.
To finish, add the band to the card.
