Floral Swirls and Rosie Doodles DL Card

The Floral Swirls and Rosie Doodles A4 sampler set has stamps for all occasions.  Here I used two of the stamps to create a Good Luck DL card.

Trim an 8” x 8” white card blank in half. Score and fold the front to create a 4” x 8” DL card blank.

Trim a piece of stencil card to 6” x 3”. Add the ‘Thinking of you’ and ‘Good Luck’ stamps from the Floral Swirls and Rosie Doodles A4 sampler set at the top and bottom in Versamark ink. Heat emboss with super fine ebony embossing powder.

Add the strip from the Elements #3 set across the middle in the same manner.

Colour the roses and daisies in the panel and Good Luck square in Pink Peony and Violet Archival inks using the infill stamps from Elements set 3.

Colour the top square using Faber-Castell Albrecht Dürer watercolour pencils blended out with a water colour brush pen (#119, #137, #170).

Edge the topper with a black Sharpie pen and mat onto a piece of Indian Summer Companion paper (6.5” x 3.5”).

Add the topper to the front of the DL card blank.

To finish, add one of the Woodblock Stickers.
