February Journal Page

 For my February Journal page in my Clarity Crafts Journal, I started with a background that my sister-in-law had created on watercolour card with watercolours and salt.  This is the final result.

I trimmed the background to 6" x 6".

Then I added both trees from the Savannah Treescape stamp set in Pinecone Versafine Clair ink and heat embossed with super fine clear embossing powder.

I added shadows on the ground using Polychromos (#178 - Autumn and #181 - Essentials).

I followed up with the giraffe in the same manner as before but using Acorn Versafine Clair ink.

Further shadows were added in the same colour of Polychromos.

I added a moon using the outer part of a full moon mask and blending a Light warm grey and white oil pastel through the aperture with my finger,  The mask was then removed.

To finish, I added a white rub-on transfer from the Pergamano Anniversary/Wedding Sentiments.

I only needed to add the topper to the next page in my Clarity Journal blank.
