I am slowly using all my Clarity Club stamps and stencils from this year between sample making. This card uses the July stamps although I didn't get round to using it before the August goodies arrived.
Stamp the sentiment from Clarity NDC #213 onto a small piece of stencil card in Uncharted Mariner Distress Oxide and Heat emboss with holographic clear embossing powder.
Add the wee and miniature starfish from the marine creatures sets in Versamark ink and heat emboss in the same manner.
Spritz lightly with Tumbled Glass and Stormy Sky Distress Oxide sprays and with Broken China Distress Stain. Wipe the ink off the embossing.
Die cut a mat from Antarctica companion paper using the 3.75" nested square picot die.
Go round the edge of the topper with a black Sharpie pen and mat it up.
Go round the edges of a 7" x 7" white card blank with the three wave stamps in Seafarer Archival ink.
Go in a little and add a further border in Garden Patina Archival ink using the same stamps. Add a final edge row in Cornflower Blue Archival ink.
To finish, add the sentiment topper into the centre.
