Maple Leaf Anniversary Postcard

I had fun using one of the new plaid A4 square stencils with a leaf mask to decorate this Anniversary postcard.

Add the maple leaf mask from the leaf collection to one of the postcards from the Celebrations 1 set.

Add one of the A4 square stripes and plaid stencils over the top using low tack tape.

Blend Mustard Seed Distress ink across parts of the stencil using a Clarity Stencil brush.

Blend Tumbled Glass Distress ink through the remaining apertures creating green where they overlap. Remove the stencil and mask.

Add the mask outer.

Using the Build a Scene masks, add clouds using Lost Shadow Distress ink.

Continue adding ground and trees in the same ink using a different mask from the set. Remove the masking.

Add a black line around the leaf with a fine liner.

To finish, add the couple on the bench from the Family Miniatures stamp set in Jet Black Archival ink.
