A Celestial Tag

I found a fabulous inky mop up paper towel to create the background for this celestial tag - this fortnight's prompt on Tag Tuesday. 

Cover a #8 manilla tag with the top layer of a piece of inky paper towel, seal with matte medium, dry and trim the excess.

Lay Jo’s Bubbles stencil from Clarity over the top and go round the larger bubbles with a black micron pen. Move the stencil and add a couple more bubbles at the top.

Paint out the background using black acrylic paint and a brush.

To finish, add a sentiment using a black Posca pen.
