This card uses the die cut from yesterday's gel press card to create a second look.
Die cut a gel print using the Abstract Layout 3 Aperture die. Cut out the topper using the 5.5” nested square die. Take the inserts from the front of the previous card and die cut one of the birds from the two way overlay woodland aperture with five birds die set from one of them. Die cut a mat for the topper from Clarity stencil card using the 5.75” nested squares picot die, lay the topper in place and mark out the apertures.Mask off round the large rectangle using low tack tape and add the background stamp from the Woodland and Birds stamp set in Avocado Versafine Clair ink. Remove the tape. Repeat in two further areas. Add two of the individual trees and the grass into three more of the areas in Spruce Versafine Clair ink.Erase the pencil lines and mat up the topper.Add the bird die cut panel. Add the topper to the front of a 6” x 6” black card blank.Add This too shall pass in Jet Black archival ink and the three tiny birds to the black round die cut in white heat embossing. Add the infill panel. To finish, add ground below the trees using a Payne’s Grey watercolour pencil blended out with a water colour brush pen.
