The latest Abstract Layout die from Clarity Crafts comes with a set of Woodland and Birds stamps. I had fun playing with a gel plate for my first two cards - this is the first of them.Die cut the front of a 6” x 6” black card blank using the Abstract Layout 3 Aperture die. Add the 6” x 6” gel press printing plate to the 7”x 7” mega mount.Blend Arctic and Avocado Versafine Clair inks onto the plate with a brayer, spritz lightly with water and pull a print. Blend again with the brayer and pull a second print.Die cut the second print with the same die as before and keep the inserts.Add a panel in black card (5.75” x 5.75”) behind the front die cut aperture.Add stamps from the Woodland and Birds set onto five of the panels in Jet Black archival ink. Insert the panels into the die cut card front. Die cut one of the birds from the two way overlay woodland aperture with five birds die sets from black card and add it to the front of the card.To finish, add ground below the tree and bird using a Payne’s Grey watercolour pencil blended out with a water colour brush pen.
