Flowers are Like Friends...

I decided it was time to catch up with some of the Clarity New Design Club offerings and made a quick and simple card using the July club stamp from this year.

Add Victorian Velvet and Seedless Preserves Distress Oxides to the large circle backdrop stamp and use a foam tool to even out the ink.

Remove some of the ink using the main NDC stamp #200.  Add to Clarity stencil card.

Add colour to some of the flowers using Faber-Castell Polychromos (#129, #125).

Die cut the topper using the 5" nested circle die and a mat from Waimea Falls companion paper using the corresponding picot die.

Add the stamp sentiment into the centre of the topper in Monarch Versafine Clair ink.

Stamping directly onto the front of a 6" x 6" white card blank, add the flowers into the corners and edges in Seedless Preserves Distress Oxide.

Colour some of the flowers as before (#125, #160).

To finish, mat up the topper and add it to the centre of the card.
