Bijou Summer Wreath on Kraft

I love combining white embossing and kraft card.  Here I used the Bijou Summer Entwined Wreath stamps and added a splash of colour.

Die cut a topper from the front of a 6” x 6” kraft card using the 4” x 5” nested ovals die and a mat from Clarity stencil card using the corresponding nested ovals picot die.

Add the Bijou Entwined Sentiment summer wreath to the kraft topper in Versamark ink and heat emboss with detail white powder.

Add Summer to the centre of the wreath in the same manner.

Add the large and small pair of leaves outlines to Summer in the same way as before.

Stamping directly onto the front of a 6” x 6” kraft card blank, add the flourish into each corner in the same way as the previous stamping.

Mat up the topper and add it to the front of the card.

Add the leaf inners to the leaves in Mowed Lawn Oxide.

To finish add some small and large dots to the topper in the same colour Oxide and go round them with a white gel pen.
