Patchwork Christmas Card

I really love these new stencils on a ring from Clarity.  I had a play with colours to create the patchwork background for a Christmas card.

Die cut a topper from Clarity stencil card using the 5.5” nested squares die and a mat from black card using the corresponding nested squares picot die.
Die cut the #3 doodle scallop frame-its panel from black card twice and set the waste strips and the solid strips to one side.
Mask off a section of the topper, add Kiss Ring of Stencils #10 over the top and blend Peeled Paint Distress Oxide through the aperture.
Move the masking tape, lay stencil #9 over the top and blend Rustic wilderness Distress Oxide through in the same way.
Move the masking tape, add stencil #7 and blend Festive Berries Distress Oxide through.
Repeat a section with #9 and Rustic Wilderness.
Complete the background in the same way as before.
Add two of the panel die cuts down the topper and trim the ends.
Add further panels across the joins.
Mat up the topper and add it to the front of a 6” x 6” white card blank.
Finish the card by adding a couple of the KISS Words stickers.
