Large Butterfly Die Panel Card

I had fun playing with the new Clarity companion papers and the large butterflies and stand dies to create this bold panel card.

Choose a selection of papers from the Waimea Falls and Indian Summer Companion paper pads. Die cut the solid large butterfly shape from the orange, green and dark blue papers and the patterned wings from the red, yellow and light blue papers.
Mat and layer the wings.
Cut the butterflies in half.
Make antennae out of wire and add to the butterflies.
Trim a purple paper in half and add it to the front of an 8” x 8” white card blank. Die cut the #5 Doodle heart Frame-Its Panel from black card. Add the open layer above and below the purple panel on the front of the card. Trim the ends.
Add the butterflies along the panel.
Die cut a topper from Clarity stencil card using the 2” nested circles die and a mat from black card using the corresponding nested circles picot die.
Stamp one of the round Kiss Doodle sentiments onto the topper in Black Soot Distress Archival ink and add the small heart icons into the middle in the same ink.
Mat up the topper and add it to the front of the card.
To finish the inside of the card, add the butterfly icon from the Doodle Kiss stamps inside the You are my sunshine sentiment.
