WOYWW 667: Getting There

Thanks for all your supportive comments last week.  I had my second negative test yesterday morning so will be back in work today.  Welcome to my weekly WOYWW link up with Julia at Stamping Ground.

As you can see, things are slowly getting back to normal on my desk.  I must admit to completing 6 pages of my daily journal on Sunday as I hadn't felt up to anything before then and restarted properly on Monday when I had my first negative test.  Unfortunately I had to rearrange a hospital appointment so it will be 7 weeks from the original appointment was scheduled before I finally get to go.

As you can see, I kept my bulk pages simple.  Luckily wednesdays are light on the teaching front so I will try and take things easy as I get back into a routine.  Happy WOYWW.  Stay safe everyone.

I am glad you're negative and well enough to go back to work - hope the day isn't too demanding! The daily pages are simple and effective. I agree about the craft shows, I doubt they will be like they used to be, for some considerable time. Take care and happy WOYWW Helen #2

Glad you are clear to go back to work but sorry that you don't sound as if you are quite ready to go back. It's a shame you couldn't have a few more days to feel ready for going back, I know how demanding the job is and it's not good running on less than 100% steam.
Have enjoyed all your postings on FB and enjoyed the lettering today. Even though it was not a nice word you chose to experiment with. LOL
Gentle hugs for you today

I’m glad you’re negative now and feeling better, good news. Hope a little light crafting will help even more! The Ukraine colours and COVID sum up what the news has been like recently…sigh.

Take it easy back at work - you need time to recover don't you. Enjoy your crafting time - at least that is a great chance to relax and chill a bit. Love the blue/yellow combo. xx Jo

I love your green and yellow pages - especially the text, it gives a lovely vintage feel. The blue and yellow pages are simple but striking. I am glad you are finally testing negative and I hope your teaching day goes nice and easy on you.
Have a good week,

So glad you’re feeling better. Take it as easy as you can, Sarah.
I love your collage-effect journal pages. The Ukraine/covid ones look to be an effective way for you to record what was happening last week.
Take care and happy WOYWW

Glad you are feeling better and tested negative. My beloved son got it last week and is still very tired and lost his smell and taste... it's a sneaky little basterd, that covid virus! I love to be back at woyww this week and visit your desk, love the simple but strong pages with the blue-yellow-covid statements. Have a good week dear, love & peace from the Netherlands! Marit #4

Oh gosh, I hope you are feeling better despite the negative tests. I certainly wasn't and am still coughing now in week 6! Love your covid/Ukraine pages
