Monochrome Crescent Sympathy Card

Unfortunately there is far too often a need for sympathy cards.  I used two of the Clarity Crescent Wreath stamp sets to make this clean and simple monochrome sympathy card.

Draw a light pencil line 6cm from the right-hand side of a 7" x 7" white card blank.

Add a row of the smaller crescent infill stamp from the Hearty Crescent Wreath stamp set along the left-hand side of the line in Nocturne Versafine Clair ink.

Add a further row of stamping facing the other direction, this time using the equivalent stamp from the Leafy Crescent Wreath stamp set in Morning Mist Versafine Clair ink.

Add a third row of stamping using the first stamp in the second colour ink.

Add a final row of stamping using the second stamp in the first ink.  Erase the pencil line once the ink is dry.

Mask off either side of the stamping using Clarity mask blanks and brush Aged Stucco Artistry ink over the panel using a Clarity stencil brush.  Remove the masking.

Die cut a topper from Clarity stencil card using the 1.5" x 2.5" nested rectangles die and a mat from black card using the corresponding nested rectangles picot die.

Add Deepest Sympathy to the topper in Nocturne Versafine Clair ink using one of the Entwined Sentiment stamps and mat it up.

To finish, add the topper to the front of the card.
