Shoot for the Moon: A Colourful Card

For this card I used some of the smaller stamps which come with the Hearty Crescent Moon Wreath stamps from Clarity and my favourite Oxide colour combination.

Find the centre of the front of a 7” x 7” white card blank and mark it in pencil.

Add one of the hearts from the Love you Crescent Moon Wreath stamp set along the centre line three times in Mowed Lawn Distress Oxide.

Add the negative version of the stamp in the same ink, four more times along the line.

Add a row of stamping along the top in Festive Berries Oxide and along the bottom in Wilted Violet Oxide, reversing the order of the images.

Add further rows of stamping in Carved Pumpkin, Mustard Seed, Salty Ocean and Chipped Sapphire Oxides until the background is complete, leaving space on the Chipped Sapphire row. Erase the pencil.

To finish, add Shoot for the Moon in Chipped Sapphire Oxide. Draw an outline using the Chipped Sapphire Distress Pen.
