You Are Unique - a multi layered card

I combined the Beetle stamps designed by Cherry Green with some of Barbara Gray's doodle stencils to create this cheerful card.

Die cut a topper from Clarity stencil card using the 6” nested square die and a mat from black card using the 6.25 nested square picot die.

Stamp the beetle from the Cherry Green Bugs stamp set of the same name onto the topper in Nocturne Versafine Clair ink and mask it up.

Blend Cracked Pistachio and Salvaged Patina Distress Oxides over the topper using foam tools, spitz lightly with water and dry.

Add Peacock Feathers Distress Oxide through one of Barbara Gray’s Doodle stencils.

Add stamping in Viridian, Paradise Teal and Garden Patina Archival ink using the two other stamps from the same set. Remove the mask.

Stamping directly onto the front of a 7” x 7” white card blank, add the beetle in the same colours of Distress Oxide as before.

Add a couple of Barbara’s Words stickers to the topper and mat it up.

To finish, add the topper to the front of the card.
