No Rain, No Flowers: A Tag

I had fun with the February prompts over on Tag It Tuesday.  The colours this month are red and orange and the four techniques are add thread or other fibres, use a quote found on interest or Facebook (see HERE), add a flower, drawn, painted, or collaged and use Washi tape.  I used all six promts and this is the result.
Add the top layer of a piece of paper towel covered in red and orange ink to a #8 manilla tag, seal with matte medium, dry, and trim.
Add leaves using a piece of Tim Holtz collage paper (Botanical) at the bottom, seal, dry, and trim in the same way.
Add Tim Holtz Washi/Collage tape to a piece of Clarity stencil card.
Stamp onto it using the largest flower from Tina’s Flowers set 1 in Barn Door Archival ink.
Die cut the flower using the coordinating picot edge Perfect Petals die.
Colour the petals with a red alcohol marker.
Add a tangle of black cotton thread to the tag.
Add the flower over the top and attach it with a large black brad.
To finish, add the first part of the Pinterest quote using the Clarity Tall Letterbox 2 way Infill Alphabet stamps in Onyx Black Versafine ink. Add the final word using a Dymo Letratag print out on clear plastic tape.
