Serenity Prayer with Colourful Frame

I thought the umbrella silhouettes matched up well with the serenity prayer so turned them into a colourful frame.

Die cut a topper from Clarity stencil card using the 3” nested circle die. Cut a mat from black card using the 3.25” nested circle picot die.

Stamp the Serenity Prayer from Poetry Verses set 2 onto the topper in Nocturne Versafine Clair ink.

Add the closed umbrella along the bottom in the same ink and mat up the topper.

Lay the topper into the centre of a 7” x 7” white card blank and lightly pencil round it.

Using the open umbrella silhouette stamp from the Character silhouette and block tiles set add the umbrella at the top of the circle in Festive Berries Distress Oxide.

Add the same stamp at 3 o’clock, 6 o’clock and 9 o’clock in Mustard Seed, Blueprint Sketch and Wilted Violet Distress Oxides, respectively.

Fill in the gaps with the same stamp to complete the frame in Carved Pumpkin, Mowed Lawn, Chipped Sapphire and Picked Raspberry Distress Oxides. Once dry, erase the pencil line.

To finish, add the poetry topper to the centre of the card.
