No trouble coming up with ideas for these tags following the Quarantine Quickie prompts over on Mission Inspiration. Here are #55 and #56 in my tag journal.
Cover a #8 manilla tag with a piece of inky deli paper, seal with matte medium, dry and trim the excess.
Stamp one of the Tropical Fish in Watering Can archival ink.
Colour the fish and add shading using Faber-Castell big brush markers, blended out with a Pergamano blending pen and nibs.
Add water to the bottom using torn strips of inky deli paper, sealed with matte medium and trimmed.
Add shading round the image with Faber-Castell big brush markers, blended out with a Pergamano blending pen and nibs. Add detail to the water in the same manner. Add a fishing line from the mouth of the fish to the top of the tag using a black micron pen and foam to the water with a white gel pen. To finish, add the prompt with a black Posca pen. Cover a #8 manilla tag with another section of the same inky deli paper used for the first tag, seal with matte medium, dry and trim the excess.
Add the fly away boy stamp in Black Soot archival ink.
Add foliage from the same stamp set using the same ink, Watering Can and Shadow Grey archival ink.
To finish, add the prompt with a black Posca pen.
