Funny Tag with Crazy Dog!

This tag was created for the May challenge over on Country View Challenges: Be Humorous.  One of the design team, Miriam, had used one of the Crazy Cats on her sample card, together with a Dyan Reaveley stamped sentiment; as I liked the idea but didn't want to use the same stamps, I chose to use a different sentiment from my stash of Dyan Reaveley stamps and one of the Crazy Dogs on a tag instead.
I started by adding the top layer of one of my stash of paper towel mop up sheets onto a #8 manilla tag, sealing it with matte gel medium, drying it and trimming the edges.
I stamped one of the Crazy Dogs (Stamper's Anonymous / Tim Holtz) twice, coloured it with my Royal Talens Ecoline pens and die cut the body, eyes nose and eyebrows and the collar with the matching die set from Sizzix.
Before adding him to the tag, I stamped and die cut one of the pairs of glasses from the Crazy Things set (as before).  These were heat embossed with clear embossing powder and added to the dog.
One of the sentiments from the Say How It Is set (Ranger / Dylusions / Dyan Reaveley) was stamped in Onyx Black Versafine ink, heat embossed with clear EP, cut into sections and added to the tag at jaunty angles.
To finish, the tag was sealed with Distress Glaze, then the Caput Mortuum Big Brush Marker (Faber-Castell) used to add shading under and along the right hand side of the dog's body.
