Journal Tag: Animal Baby Love!

This tag was created for the latest fortnightly prompt over on Tag Tuesday: Baby Love.  I decided to use a stamp of a giraffe family from the Safari Animals set by Claritystamp as my focal image for this.
I found a paper towel mop up sheet in my stash which was the perfect colour and pattern to use with my choice of focal image.  The top layer was added to a #8 manilla tag, sealed, dried and trimmed.
In the meantime, I had stamped the giraffe image onto a piece of Sheena's stamping card using Onyx Black Versafine ink and heat embossed in clear EP.  It was coloured using my Royal Talens Ecoline pens, then fussy cut.
Once added to the tag, It was sealed with Distress Glaze and dried.  The Caput Mortuum Big Brush Marker by Faber-Castell created a shadow around the image (now that it was no longer porous).
Two of the Small Talk stickers by Tim Holtz provided the sentiment; the first one was cut into two.
To provide balance in the top right corner, a leaf (very old New Design Club stamp by Claritystamp) was added in Jet Black Archival ink.  Once sealed with gel medium and dried, further shading was added around the sentiments and the leaf with the Caput Mortuum pen.
