When I first joined the Clarity New Design stencil club I didn't always use every stencil before the next one arrived. I am working my way through my never before used stencils as I have time and adapted Barbara Gray's project which came with #28 to create a card rather than using canvas boards.
Trim a piece of black card to 14.5cm x 14.5cm. Add NDSC #28 using low tack tape.
Pounce white acrylic paint through the apertures with a spot on sponge. I did two light layers rather than one heavy one to avoid the paint seeping under the stencil.
Add Fuchsia, Turquoise and Light Green acrylic paint to a glass mat and go back over the stencil in the same way as before. Remove and clean the stencil.
Go over the birds with a clear sparkle pen. Die cut a mat from Indian Summer companion paper using the largest nested squares picot die and mat up the topper.
Add it to the front of a 7" x 7" black card blank.
To finish, add one of the Pinky Gray Greetings stickers matted onto the same colour companion paper.
