Mandy Pixie Poppet Rainbow Birthday

The Pixie and Sprite Poppets are finally available in two sizes of stamps and in postcard form.  Here I used Mandy and some masking to create an alternative Birthday card.

Stamp the larger Mandy stamp from the new Pixies Poppets stamps onto Clarity stencil card using Jet Black archival ink.

Make a mask for the image and mask it up.

Add a second image to the left in wilted Violet Distress ink and a third in Chipped Sapphire Distress ink.

Add a fourth and fifth image in Salted Ocean and Mowed Lawn Distress inks slightly to the left each time.

Continue adding the same image in Mustard Seed and Carved Pumpkin Distress inks. Finish with Festive Berries.

Spritz the images lightly with water and dry. Remove the mask.

Mat the topper onto Toscana companion paper trimmed to 7.5” x 7.5” and add to the front of an 8” x 8” white card blank.

Colour the wings of the first sprite with a clear sparkle pen.

Add one of the Occasions Sentiments frames in the same black ink as before.

Add one of the Happy Birthday Occasions sentiments into the frame.

To finish, colour the letters in the same colours of Distress markers as the inks used for the stamping.
