Welcome to the celebration of 800 weeks of sharing desks, visiting fellow crafters and an amazing group of friends. All started by Julia over 15 years ago and for the last 20 weeks only, handed over to may care.
I am sharing the first ever view of my desk back in week #325 thanks to my sister-in-law Pat putting me onto the group. I was a bit of a sporadic visitor back then, but have been ever present since week #423. What a fabulous group of people I have come to know since joining. Some only virtually, but many in person thanks to the crops which take place most years. I am planning to organise one for the 16th anniversary in May next year at the same place we held it for the 15th anniversary. I am really looking forward to reading all your memories of WOYWW as I am well aware that there are people who have been joining in for much longer than I have.A couple of people asked about the BOW-WOB papers and colouring them. As you can see they are originally black and white and can be coloured by inks and Oxides. As you can see, for October I am going with autumnal colours for my #dailycollage2024 pages.Sorry I was so late visiting last week - I had a real problem getting my laptop to connect to the internet on Wednesday then was slammed the rest of the week. It's a good job I set up and schedule my posts on a Tuesday! Happy WOYWW friends - old and new.

Hi Sarah, well I'm numero uno - amazing! Especially as I've been and had my laser done on right eye. It's not too bad, surprisingly to me, I just feel seedy. However a good cuppa helps. Love your BOW-WOB papers Especially coloured in that beautiful blue. I must use my oxides more. I've been doing Lavinina stamping lately. Just found them and they're much cheaper from Wales than buying here in Oz. I find that strange. I like the 1950/60s dresses too. Remember my mother wearing some of them.
Anyway happy WOYWW 800, and thanks so much for taking over when Julia put the call out. It's great that we met in Sept 2018 at crop at Llundudno.
God bless, Shaz in Oz.x #1
I had to just put the link to my first desk in my post not the actual picture as they aren't on my computer any more . It's been a fun time for sure! Happy WOYWW all. Helen #2
Happy celebrations from this old timer. It's a very special group to be part of. Many thanks to Julia and now yourself for keeping us going,
Hugs,

Happy 800 Sarah! You are right ,- lots of good friends made and we are looking forward to seeing you in February 🍄🍄🍄I love the Autumn colours for my your October collages. x x Jo 🌈
Ah the desk, looks like you have switched up your craft mat but the red table cover underneath looks the same. Thanks for your early comment, I'm in a bit of a whirl after just 3 hours sleep as had a bit of drama with my mother yesterday which has left me disturbed yet again. Thanks for showing the colouring of the B&W papers, something I could easily do with mine, great idea. Nice to see Autumn colours for October, love the sticker with the books. I was up till gone 1am making my October journal and it has the cover of August's RHS magazine for its cover which is of sunflowers. My first page is orange too, so I have the Autumn vibe as well. Just managed to link up as we travel from Clare to Mildura stopping at every Silo Art. Yesterday we were in Burra and did the heritage trail around an old mining town. Very interesting! Wishing everyone a happy 800th! Susan
Happy 800! Thank you for taking over the WOYWW reins and carrying this wonderful group on. Here’s to the next 100!

Hi Sarah, thanks so much for taking up the reins and keeping our bloghop going. I wonder if it’s a world record? I’m so glad you’re planning to hold next year’s crop in Stoke again. It was a pleasure to come home for it this year.
Your collages are beautiful
Take care and happy 800th WOYWW

Lovely collages and love those papers.
Recovering today but can't miss out!
Happy 800th WOYWW.

Happy WOYWW. It feels strange to be typing a post again, but also very familiar. I do not have my oldest blogs anymore, but started in 2010. I still haven't managed to get to a crop yet. Hopefully next year will fit in with our calendar. Autumn colours are my favourite for crafting/design. Ali x #11
Happy 800th, managed to find my first visit. I was introduced to the group by Red Anne if you remember her which I know some will. Interesting paper though I'm not familiar with it. Wishing you a very happy woyww, Angela x10x
Hi Sarah, thanks for taking over from Julia and keeping a big part of my life running. Didn't run well this morning as I slept longer and then found my blog post had gone! Never mind, I managed to redo it and join in. - Hugs, Neet 14
I've really enjoyed taking part in your weekly blog hop and reading what everyone has been up to and created. It also pushes me to be more proactive on mine as I am not a regular poster. Love the BOW-WOB papers too, especially with that shade of blue and really effective behind your lovely collage! Happy WOYWW Michelle x #13
Congrats Sarah, herding us to 800, what a number! I've included current desk but also a glance at the blog post that started it! Happy 800!
Well HELLO.....had been thinking of all of you and when I checked in I thought ok I'll partake. I FORGOT to do a PHOTO of the NOW DESK.....it's a mess. I even forgot how to connect so maybe next week.....I enjoy your Facebook posts Sarah and always happy to see what you keep busy with. Best Wishes.
I first started WOYWW in August 2012, but at that time I wasn't posting numbers, so I have no idea where I was in the numerical order! Those papers are very cool! And you page with the bird "Magnificent" is my favourite this week! Happy 800! Lindart #17
Hi Sarah, glad to see you're laptop is up and running again. What a week it's been for me. Looking for my first WOYWW post sent me down a rabbit hole but I'm so glad it did. I'd forgotten so much of what I've posted over the 14 years since I discovered Julia and WOYWW and so many of the lovely people that have come and gone in that time. All-in-all it's been a great experience so thank you for the suggestion we remember our first WOYWW post. And here's to many more! Hugs, Elizabeth x #17
I made it!!! Yikes! After being one of the first (I suspect) to draft this week’s blog post I’m then probably the last to post 🫣 it’s been a bit of a week. But I made it. So happy I did, too. I’ll hop round everyone tomorrow though if that’s ok. 🤣
