Bouquet With Glazed Vase Overlay

I adore these new bouquets and vases stamps from Clarity Crafts.  On this card I decided to make a feature of the vase.

Die cut a topper from Clarity stencil card using the 5” nested squares die and a mat from Amazonia Companion paper using the corresponding nested squares picot die.

Cut an aperture into the topper using the middle-sized nested circle heart doodle aperture frame.

Stamp one of the bouquets from the Floral Bouquets and Vases stamp set into the frame using Antique Linen Distress Oxide.

Stamp one of the vases on a separate piece of stencil card using Black Soot Distress archival ink.

Colour the vase using Faber-Castell Albrecht Dürer water colour pencils blended with a watercolour brush pen (#193, #194) and fussy cut it.

Coat the vase with Versamark ink and heat emboss with clear embossing powder. Repeat for a high gloss look.

Colour the bouquet with Faber-Castell Albrecht Dürer water colour pencils blended with a watercolour brush pen (#167, #267, #123, #128).

Add the sentiment from the stamp set into the corner in the same ink as the vase.

Mat up the topper and add it to the front of a 6” x 6” white card blank.

To finish, add the vase using foam pads.
