Building A Scene with A Mask and Inks

I had fun creating a scene with the new Build a Scene Trees and Meadows mask from Clarity Crafts.

Die cut a topper from Clarity stencil card using the largest nested squares die and a mat from black card using the corresponding nested squares picot die.
Use the second from bottom mask from the Trees and Meadows Build a Scene set and mask off along the bottom of the topper.

Blend Rustic Wilderness Distress ink along the bottom using a foam tool.  Add the fourth from bottom mask from the same set.

Blend Bundled Sage Distress Oxide through the aperture with a brush. Add Rustic Wilderness ink to the tree mantels and a little along the top edge.
Mask off the inked sections and add more Bundled Sage Oxide and Rustic Wilderness ink to the aperture as before.
Mask off the bottom of the topper and add a medium moon mask. Blend Tumbled Glass Oxide into the sky with a brush. Add a little Midnight Blue Artistry ink in places as a contrast.
Add a mask around the moon and blend a little Moon Crater Artistry ink over the aperture. Remove all masks.
Add Gathered Twigs Distress ink to the trunks of the trees using a Distress Marker. Also add green dots in different shades of green fine liner to the tree mantels and below the trees for added texture.
Mat up the topper and add it to the front of a 7” x 7” white card blank.
To finish, add one of the KISS words stickers.
