Happy 3rd Birthday Card

The Rhyme Time Alphabet stamps from Claritystamp combine really well with their other alphabets to create cards for any occasion.  Here I used the Alphabet & Numbers Word Chains to create a 3rd birthday card for a little girl.

Die cut a topper from Clarity stencil card using the 6” nested square die. Cut a mat from silver card using the 6.25” nested square picot die.

Stamp the H and the B from the Rhyme Time Alphabet stamp set onto the topper in Nocturne Versafine Clair ink.

Make up the sentiment using letters from the Alphabet and Numbers Word Chains set in the same ink.

Add 3rd in the same manner using stamps from the same set.

Colour the letters using Faber-Castell Polychromos (#128, #119, #181, #232, #233, #234).

Mask off part of the A5 hearts stencil and blend Picked Raspberry Distress ink through it in places using a Clarity stencil brush.

Add a line around the edge of the topper using a black marker pen and mat up the topper.

To finish, add to the front of a 7” x 7” black card blank.
