Back Stronger: A Peter Crouch Podcast Tribute

Anyone who listens to That Peter Crouch Podcast won't need much about this card explaining.  It combines my love of card making with my love of football and Stoke City Football Club in particular.  Crouchie was our #25 for eight years - the longest he spent at any club in his professional career.  His podcast with Tom Fordyce and Chris Stark is well worth listening to and gives many insights to the world of football.  This card is a tribute to the player and the podcast.
Trim a piece of Clarity stencil card to 5.75” x 5.75”. Stamp the tent from the Clarity circus tent at the bottom in Vermillion Archival ink.
Add the strongman in front in Nocturne Versafine Clair ink.
Mask off part of the tall ringmaster and add Vermillion Archival ink to the stripy trousers. Then stamp the rest of the figure in Nocturne Versafine Clair ink.
Colour the top hat, waistcoat, and the jacket in red (Faber-Castell Polychromos #219/#223) and the shoes and tails in black (Posca pen).
Add The Greatest Show on Earth sentiment from the same stamp set in the same black ink as before.
Add a row of footballs at the top in the same ink using the ball from the Sport Word and Balls stamp set.
Colour the balls in the same way as the ringmaster.
Mat the topper onto black card, leaving a narrow border and add it to the front of a 7” x 7” white card blank.
To finish, add That Peter Crouch Podcast and Back Stronger round all four edges of the card using a black micron pen.
