Fluffy Fusible Fibres on a Card

For my final sample with the Clarity corset stamps and masks, I decided to leave a fluffy effect with the fusible fibres.

Use the 5.5” nested circle die to cut a topper from Clarity stencil card previously marbled using the shaving foam technique. Cut a mat for it from black card using the 5.75” nested circle picot die.
Stamp the coat hanger from the Corset stamp set around the edge of the topper eight times using Onyx Black Versafine ink.
Add the medium sized tag from the same set in between each coat hanger in the same ink.
Add the corset and ‘Best Wishes using stamps from the Entwined Sentiments set into the centre of the topper in the same ink as before.
Add shading to the tags using water colour pencils, blended out with a water colour brush pen.
Ink up the corset with Black Soot archival ink. Add some Wisteria fusible fibres over the top, lay a piece of baking paper over the top and iron with a hot dry heat until the stamping shows through.
Rather than cutting out the corset, pull away some of the excess fibres leaving a fluffy edge and add the corset on top of the stamped image with strong double sided tape.
Mat and layer the topper.
Stamping directly onto the front of a 6” x 6” white card blank, add the medium tag into each corner in Onyx Black Versafine ink.
Colour each tag as before.
To finish, add the topper to the front of the card.
