Quarantine Quickies #75 & #76: Midnight Oil / Crown Jewels

Further adventures with the Quarantine Quickie prompts over on Mission Inspiration and my tag responses.

Cover a #8 manilla tag with a piece of inky copy paper, seal with matte medium, dry and and trim the excess.
Add another section of inky copy paper over the top and follow the same process.
Stamp NDC #146 (cuckoo clock) onto the tag in Black Soot archival ink. Erase the time with the white end of a Faber-Castell eraser and change the hands to midnight.
Colour the clock with Faber-Castell big brush markers, blended out with a Pergamano blending pen and nibs.
Add the boy reading from Wee Folk 2 in Onyx Black Versafine ink and heat emboss with clear embossing powder.
Add further shading with big brush markers as before.
Add highlights with a white gel pen.
To finish, add the prompt using a black Posca pen.
Cover a #8 manilla tag with a piece of inky card made with Pixie Powders, seal with matte medium, dry and trim the excess.
Stamp one of Tina’s Henna Droplets and one of the Henna Corners 1 stamps in Versamark ink and heat emboss with Wow Gold Pearl embossing powder.
Add highlights with a water brush and mica paint palette.
To finish, add the prompt using a black Posca pen.
