Quarantine Quickies #37 & #38: Two's Company / Three's A Crowd

It's been a while since I shared some pages from my Quarantine Quickie tag journal, following the prompts over on Mission Inspiration.  I have had to start a second book ring for the journal, as the first one is now full.

Cover a #8 manilla tag with top layer of a piece of inky paper towel, seal with matte medium, dry and trim the excess.

Stamp Patience (Dee’s New Friends A6) in Antique Linen Distress Oxide onto a piece of Clarity stencil card.

Colour the images using water colour pencils, blended out with a watercolour brush pen.

Fussy cut the images and add them to the tag.

Add shading around the images using a Faber-Castell big brush marker, blended out with a Pergamano blending pen and nib.

To finish, add the prompt with a black fine liner pen.

Cover a #8 manilla tag with the other layer of the inky paper towel, seal with matte medium, dry and trim the excess.

Stamp Annabel twice onto Clarity stencil card in Watering Can archival ink. Stamp Douglas once in the same ink.

Colour the figures using Derwent Inktense pencils, blended out with a watercolour brush pen.

Fussy cut the figures and add them to the tag.

Add shading around the images using a Faber-Castell big brush marker, blended out with a Pergamano blending pen and nib.

To finish, add the prompt with a black fine liner pen. 

You can tell the difference between the vibrancy of the Derwent Inktense pencils used on the second tag and for the 'Love You' on the first and my less expensive watercolour pencils used to colour the rest of the two's company figures.
