I combined a door hanger with a mirror made from an acrylic oval into a beauty sleep do not disturb sign.
Paint both sides of the door hanger with black gesso and allow to dry.
Remove the protective coating from one side of the large acrylic oval, spray with mirror mist for plastic and dry with a heat gun.
Remove the protective covering from the other side. Stamp Beauty (Word Chain 12) in metal leaf glue and add metal flakes (variegated copper, gold and silver). Remove the excess.
Using the word chain alphabet stamp ‘sleep in progress’, one letter at a time, at the bottom of the door hanger in Versamark ink, then heat emboss with detail copper powder.
Add Versamark ink through the petite spots and stars stencil and brush red and copper perfect pearls over the top. Continue until the rest of the hanger is covered.
Punch a hole through the hanger and add the mirror using copper elasticated thread.
