I haven't worked with ATCoins for a while. I wanted to create a nativity scene and decided to use three of the coins to form a triptych Christmas decoration.
I started by cutting circles of 2.5" diameter using my Brother Scan N Cut out of white card. I laid three of them side by side and added one of the Mountains & Hills masks and a small Spot mask (Claritystamp) onto the coins.
I blended Midnight Blue Artistry ink across the sky using a Clarity stencil brush. Next I went back over with a little Black Soot Distress ink. Before removing the mask, I stamped the three kings from the We 3 Kings stamp set and the palm trees from the O Little Town stamp set using Onyx Black Versafine ink. Once the ink was dry, I used the second mask from the Mountains & Hills set to mask off the sky and blended Golden Turmeric, Rusticana and Rich Mocha Artistry inks across the bottom of the coins. I then added a Clarity nativity scene and the teeny weenie moon from the Stag Outline stamp set (Claritystamp) in the same ink as before. Noel from Mini Word Chains 13&14 finished the stamping. To hold the three coins together and keep them firm, I glued a lolly stick across the back of them, slightly overlapping the coins so that the stick would not show at the front.
To finish, I took a length of narrow ribbon and glued it behind the two outer coins enable the triptych to be hung on a wall as a Christmas decoration.
