Groovi January Calendar Page

Even though the Clarity 2026 parchment calendar blank comes with sheets of parchment, I decided to work on a piece of Rainbow River designer parchment.

First I chose a colour which I thought went with January.

Working on the back of the parchment, I added the inner and outer double lines from the Jayne's Frame Groovi plate with the #1 Pergamano tool.

I filled in the frame using the Small Snowflakes Groovi Plate using the same tool.

Next I added the middle size '6' using the Open Numbers Baby Groovi plate.

This was followed by the middle sized '2'.

Then came the largest '2' followed by the largest '0' to make 2026.

I added Happy New Year and a couple more words using the Merry Christmas Groovi plate which finished the line art.

I decided to remove the colour from the back of the large numbers with a Faber-Castell white eraser pencil rather than attempting white work.

I then added Perga glitter (hint of blue) to the inner frame and the small numbers using sticky ink and a mapping pen.

Once dry, I trimmed across the corners, added a 16.3cm x 16.3cm piece of stencil card behind, then folded the outer edges and glued them to the card.

To finish, I simply used a tape runner to add the topper to the January calendar page.
